Sixpence None the Richer was founded in the beginning of the 90's in Austin by Leigh Nash (vocals) and Matt Slocum (guitar). Later they recruited Dale Baker (drums) and Tess Wiley (guitar) and released their first full-length album entitled The Fatherless & the Widow in 1993. This Beautiful Mess followed two years later. |
