The Trouble With Sweeney is a Joey Sweeney's (former Barnabys songwriter) project, which was started in 1999. Sweeney recruited Erik Schmidt, Erica J. Pennella, John Howkins, and Joey Mangan to record the band's debut eponymous EP, which was issued in 1999. The Trouble With Sweeney's first album called Dear Life was released by the Burnt Toast label in 2001. |
